A cup of coffee is placed on the table and waiting for someone to pick it up and empty but seems the person is not in a mood to have it as she is busy in books but it's not novels then academic ones.

Finally she took a break and lifted the cup and started having it sip after sip suddenly a knock on the door grabbed her attention and she turns her face and her sister entered her room.

"Sana what happened why are you taking worries about it just relax Abba just asked u think for it before reply simply yes or no no one forces u " Tannaza State in calm voice.

"Aapi I don't know what to say I just need some time to decide please u don't have to take tension I'll handle it just give me a few days please "Sana said in serious tone,her face was flat .

"Yes dear take your time and after that no one object u have the right to take the decision of ur life but what are you doing now?"

"Aapi I am studying you know that my semester will end soon exams will come so I am preparing for it and thank you so much aapi your presence means a lot thanks for coming."

"Okay ok no need to say anything whenever my sister needs I'll be stand with you and prepare well "Tannaza said and leave from her room.

Ayesha pov.

I am having my dinner and retired back to my room sana don't called me after the day out I know she will be fine but when my parents went for her proposal as my brother like her after that she doesn't call me.

I just want to talk her to know what's going on in her mind well I meet her in college. I thought and sat to bed and open the books which is not intresting I wonder why it's difficult to indulge with study . somehow I managed to focus on these couse book because exams are near.

After spending good moments in studies I fell asleep and my eyes open when my phone ringing and show bhai call I stood up and attend the call as bhai was out of station for his business.

"Assalamualaikum Bhai how are?"I asked fast as I received.

"Walaikumassalam alhamdulillah how are u miss lost girl" he said in joy I can imagine a wide smile on his face as my parents full fill there's promise.

"Hmm I am good and seems like some one is really happy for the wedding but hold on your happiness bro my friend doesn't say yes yet "I said playfully

"I know dear and I patiently waiting for her reply btw I call you inform I am coming next week but don't tell ammi abbu I want to surprise them get it?" He said in confidence and last part in slow voice.

I giggled on his sudden shift of voice and imagine where he would be.

"Ok fine and you know what you have to bring for me "

Yes I remember your long list I will bring you everything now I have to go meeting is there, Allah hafiz take care.

Very good, Allah hafiz bhai.i hung up the call and take a quick bath and perform salah .

I got ready and left fast for college as I want to meet my bestie as soon as possible .

I walk in college campus and my sight fell on her she was sitting on the bench alone with the books in her hand.

I stepped towards her and shook her lightly and she turns her face and her lips curves in a small smile

"Assalamualaikum"I said and smiled back

"Walaikumassalam u are on time today before classes" she asked and I know she knew why I come early today.

"Hm my friend needs someone to talk and precisely listen to her so I am here you I can't see my friend in trouble so what just speak it all " I said calmly

"Nothing I just want some time to think about it don't mind but I don't know your brother well and you people in a hurry. I don't even think about my marriage".

"Well I am not in a hurry dear farhad Bhai is falling for you when he sees you u know love at first sight but he says he will wait take your time and what ever you decide I am with you always "

"Ayesha i am sorry I always want to arrange marriage but I am not ready for this now please give me some time I need to think about it"

she said and I feel she gets emotional so I prefer to drop them and we headed for class.

After classse when we both met I asked her which I want ask generally

"Sana I can ask you something, just forgot that my brother's proposal I want to know what you think about marriage means what marriage means to you"

"Hmm marriage is a beautiful bond between two persons but it's not a fantasy but responsibility of pure relations and it needs understanding, trust, respect and patience more than love".

"You say that your brother fall for me when he sees me but I don't remember I ever met him then when he saw me" .she asked and I recall how bhai convence ammi abbu.

"Actually when you came to pick me he was returned home for a file but he once see you when u step out from my house and I follow u and was standing fsr from us and even I didn't notice him then ."

'Oh !'just it she says after listening to me .

"Ok Allah hafiz take care of yourself" I said and we bid bye to each other and left for home.

A few days passed and we were busy in assignments.

Authors POV

The sound of door knock bring her back to reality as she were in deep thoughts and she turns to open the door to witness her sister.

She plaster a small smile on her face and greet her and her sister greet her back and asked what she didn't expect to the reason for her sudden arrival.

"Sana you should tell us what you decide ,we gave you time for thinking well and u know Abba gathers everything about Farhad and he is convinced for this marriage if you have no problem "Tannaza State with calm yet authority in her voice.

"Actually aapi hmm , tomorrow I will let you know,I am sorry if I troubled you."sana reply nearly a wisper and carry a nurvous smile.

"Okay fine now have your dinner and sleep study in morning ok".Tannaza said with smile and leave.

Ji aapi let's go for dinner.sana said and a little smile made its way to her lips .

They headed to dining hall and joined their family.

Ayesha pov.

I open my eyes with blissful smile as today my Bhai is arriving home after so long and as we plan to surprise our parents I don't say anything to them.

After my prayer and having breakfast with my parents I just excuse myself and open my books for study and then my mind unwantedly thinking about sana and bhai well she doesn't answer yet but what can I do,I stood up and reminded myself that today my Bhai is coming.

I quickly get ready and clean his room and place everything at its right place.

I don't know what happens today but I will not break my friendship and not see my brother hurt or in pain either.

I just come back from my thoughts and focus on my work and start cooking something special for everyone if I only made things bhai loves to eat then aami surely sense that I am hiding so I decided to make something which everyone likes.

It was evening I finished my magrib player follow by tea and lay on the bed with another captivating book in my hand.i was lost in its story I forgot that bhai must be coming at any time I took my phone and check his miscall and call him back

"Assalamualaikum bhai! sorry I was just..".. Before I could complete he cut me off and said

"Walaikumassalam and If you are free now so please open the door" he said as he doesn't want to knock on the door to grab abbu's attention ۔

I stood up from my place and walk towards the main door slowly and open it with wide smile on my face he enter and pulled me in a side hug and gently kiss my forehead.

I slime and give him place to walk in he took his slow steps and I follow him our sight fell on abbu and ammi having tea busy with conversation he took a step towards them۔

Surprise we both said in unison and abbu stood up from his seat and spread his arms with open eyes and wide smile

Then he walked towards ammi whose eyes filled up and a lone tear rolled down from her eyes he wiped her tears and hug her tightly ۔

I see my family and smiled whole heartedly. And we sat there bhai told us about the trip a

nd he cracked the deal for which he went ۔

After that bhai gave me my gift which I told him to bring for me .
